According to FDA regulations, all actors in the food chain for food products, i.e. producers, transporters, exporters and importers, must have FDA registration numbers. The same issue is also encountered in medical products. As an exporter, it is possible to define your company as a manufacturer and exporter in the system if you outsource production to another manufacturer with your own brand.

According to FDA rules, each Foreign Facility must work with a representative located in the United States who is authorized to conduct transactions with the FDA.

For food products, an increase in the number of products does not change the price, but for medical products, if there is registration for different product types, there is a slight increase for each additional product group.

Our US representative service period and consultancy service for FDA registration of food products covers a period of 365 days from the date of registration. If no renewal is made at the end of this period, the registration is deleted.

For medical products, the FDA is based on the calendar year. All registrations made before October 31st of the year expire at the end of that year on December 31st. Registrations made after October 31st are valid until the end of the following year.
